beach access dinner food room location rough sand murky pool low pressure

The beach access was EXCELLENT! The lunch and dinner options at the restaurant tasted good. Breakfast was alright. The location of our rooms was convenient. It was easy to walk to and from the beach and pool.

The sand felt VERY rough, and there was a sudden drop after a few steps into the water.

excellent location gym equipment

The resort location directly on the beach was excellent, particularly given how crowded the island was. I especially liked the gym. It had a good range of equipment including treadmills and weights..

The air conditioning unit in the room made a noticeable noise, which sometimes disturbed my sleep.

poor service forgotten order

The service at the Yellow Beach restaurant was very poor. I approached a staff member to ask for a table inside to avoid mosquitoes. She pointed to the beach tables with no explanation. It felt rude. Waiting over thirty minutes for two pizzas, it was clear that our order was forgotten. Perhaps louder, more demanding guests receive better service.
